We send trained benefits advisors — in person, virtually, or through our call center — to help people actually understand what's being offered, why it matters, and what it costs per paycheck. Do you provide health insurance?

No — and that's by design. We specialize in voluntary, worksite, and ancillary benefits. Think dental, vision, life, disability, accident, hospital, critical illness, and the technology and education that makes all of it work. We partner with your health broker. We don't compete with them.

What makes Five Stones different from other benefits companies?

Most can offer product. Many now offer technology. Very few deliver hands-on education and enrollment support alongside both — with no loyalty to any single carrier. Our fulfillment approach is what separates us. We send trained advisors to educate employees, drive participation, and provide year-round service. That's not common in this industry.

What size companies do you work with?

Our sweet spot is 10–250 employees, but we have tools and carrier relationships that work for groups as small as three — and we've served organizations with up to 5,000 employees.

What does the technology cost?

Our benefits administration platform and company benefits websites come at no cost to you. It's a built-in part of partnering with Five Stones — not an add-on with a price tag.

Are you tied to one insurance carrier?

No. We're carrier agnostic. We work with eight or nine carrier partners and our only job is to match the right solution to your specific situation. Our loyalty is to you — not to any one provider.
